I was so happy with my hypnosis for childbirth training from Marie-Paul. I had a great delivery. I believe that I had the very best birthing experience possible as a result of the hypnosis practice. Before discovering C.H.T., I was very anxious about childbirth. I had some minor complications during labor that decreased my mobility and made it more difficult to get comfortable, but in spite of that I was calm and centered. Once I reached 7cm, I had an epidural but I feel that it was a result of not being able to change positions or shower as a means to manage the transition.
I would recommend this technique to anyone who is committed to having a wonderful, anxiety-free delivery. I truly believe that my daughter has benefitted from the experience as well. She is getting to know me as a much calmer, less anxious person than I was before. I still use a lot of the techniques now (particularly in this newborn sleepless time!)
